Ooooo! Sandshrew!  I love Sandshrew!  They’re adorable, if not particularly useful. Now what to name it?

Well, all right, this is going to require some explaining.  So, sandshrew and sandslash are based on armadillos.  In the film El Dorado, they have an armadillo.  They use the armadillo as the ball in the game they play.  And in that game, the ball is actually called the ollamaloni.  No jokes here, just streams of consciousness, history references, and Nahuatl!  Nice to meet you, Ollie!

I… I don’t think I’ve ever had a Slowpoke this early!  That is an awesome Slowpoke! Yessssssss.

I think I’ll go with the most obvious Homestuck reference for my slowpoke.  Now my new Spearow is another manner entirely…

Rosewol evolved into Noctowl!  That’s…. that’s pretty cool!  Noctowls are pretty damn rad.

So not the most noteworthy post!  I actually ended up beating Team Rocket at the Slowpoke Well and all the trainers and Bugsy at Azalea Gym and I forgot to take any screencaps! I apologize.
