I am but a humble wordsmith

All I do is tell.

My name is Dave.  I am a writer, a musician, a composer, a film fanatic, an aspiring actor, a reasonable singer, a fair bit of a nerd, a grammarian when it counts, an idiot when it’s fun, and far more capable than I like to let on.  I come from the land of the ice and snow that some like to call Wisconsin, and though I currently reside in the eastern portion, I long to return to the western part.  I adore all sorts of different musical styles, I love many different types of film, I read a variety of books (though not as wide as I should hope), and I have similarly various tastes in friend.

In any case, this entry might make this blog seem more serious, which I assure you, it is likely not.  If you wish for serious, I do that too.  Check out my deviantART page, or specifically my poetry. You know what, I haven’t been on there in a while. Check out my fanfiction on AO3 and my Writing Blog. My current fic series is A Legitimate Businessman. I’m pretty proud of it.
